What is Self?
Self is calm and peaceful, loving and open, compassionate and kind, curious and courageous, creative, connected and confident. Self is the source of infinite wisdom, clarity, consciousness, our deepest Being, ever growing and ever evolving. The goal is to get Self in the “seat of consciousness,” to become Self-led.

The Pool Meditation
“I used that meditation last night before dinner and fell asleep for half an hour. It was amazing! The best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Then I slept really well all night too. Thank you SO MUCH!” —Tess
Troubleshooting the Pool Meditation: Some people get anxious imagining themselves dropping through a pool of water. If you feel threatened by this, simply tell yourself “this is magic water and I can breathe down here.”
Exercise #1 Pool Meditation: VOICE ONLY INSTRUCTIONS
After you have learned the Pool Meditation exercise from the voice only recording, you can use the music only playlist (below) or create your own to continue practicing with music.
